Bottle from Brewcraft at home. Milky-hazy beige-peach pour with medium amount of sediment. Aroma is tart juicy mango - very sweet. Taste is very tart and sour with big mango flavor. Prefer the non-sour version of this, which is even more juicy. The tartness combined with sort of mineraly-chalky palate is not my favorite. Still, pretty interesting and worth a try.

Tap at Let the Girl Kill, Bangkok. Poured a clear dark brown with a thin off white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is roasty malt, strawberry cheesecake hop. The flavour is moderate sweet, liquorice bitter with a dry roasty, smoky, light caramel, liquorice hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at YOLO craft beer bar, Bangkok. Poured a clear dark brown with a frothy, short-lived tan head. The aroma is roasty malt, lactose, dark chocolate. The flavour is moderate sweet with a rich smooth, slightly oily, sweet sugary chocolate lactose malt palate and a lingering sweet finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle from Brewcraft at home. Hazy apple juice golden pour with fine white head. Aroma is huge intense sweet mango with a bit of tart/crisp guava, or green mango go balance. Really nice. Taste is similar - crisp bitterness with strong mango sweetness. Silky smooth as promised. Lingering tart, bitter, and sweet. Very good. Favorite Moonzen beer so far I think. Definitely worth a try.

Sample at YOLO, Bangkok. Poured a hazy straw colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is malt, alcohol and spicy saffron. The flavour is moderate sweet with a rich grainy malt, sweet fruity, alcoholic, honey, light aromatic spice palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Nice to taste but not one for a session! It’s not really a Belgian Tripel so it’s pointless comparing it to the the classic style.

Weicher, hell malziger Antrunk mit Ende zurückhaltendem Hopfen. Seifige Noten, geringe Bitterkeit, erhöhte Karbonisierung. Weicher Nachhall. 12/10/9/9//9
