On tap at 99 Bottles, pours a cloudy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out dank, grassy food upfront, with a crisp biscuity malt base. Flavour is along the same lines, with grassy and dank hops, and crisp biscuity malt. Dank and grassy. Good stuff.

On tap at Hong Kong Island Taphouse, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma is subtle, with straw, cereal grains, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with dry cereal grains, straw, and biscuity malt. Crisp and clean. Well-made.

On tap at The Madhouse, pours a hazy dark reddish brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out toasted malt and hint of nuttiness. Flavour is nutty, with toasted nuts, bready malt, and light roast. As good as I could hope for with this style - expertly brewed. Solid.

On tap at Tipsy Tap, pours a hazy copper bronze with a small beige head. Aroma bright out straw, sweet cereal malt, and sweet bready caramel. Flavour is bold, with a nice mix of toasted caramel, bready malt, and straw. This is rarely a style I see done well - really well-balanced with just the right amount of sweetness. Excellent.

Tap at the Hong Kong Island Taphouse. Poured a clear straw colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is cardboard malt, light citrus hop. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a light crisp, skunky malt, dry hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
