Tap at the HCMC brewpub. Poured a hazy golden colour with a bubbly round white head. The aroma is malt, floral, spicy. The flavour is moderate to light sweet with a smooth, light malty Pho, floral perfume palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation. Not for me I’m afraid.

Tap at the HCMC brewpub. Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, yeast, some fruity notes. The flavour is light bitter sweet with a light, watery, corny malt, light biscuit, very light hop bitter. Light bodied with soft carbonation.

Poured a murky medium to dark amber with a frothy white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is grainy malt, sweet floral hop. The flavour is moderate bitter light sweet with a smooth warm malty, yeast, light woody hop bitter palate. Served way too warm. Needs to be cooler if only to mask the flavour.

A reddish brown ipa with a thick frothy lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with light herbal hops, light mineral notes, rather strange and amateurish. In mouth, sweet caramel malt with light nutty notes, light grassy hops, light mineral notes, more like a brown ale with light caramel notes. On tap at brewery. 5-3-5-3-10
