Tasting at Oakes' Manor, bottle
Cloudy blond colour. Sulfuric, farty, a bit salty, some funk, and then some lemon peel; it's a bit dirty, but good overall.

Cloudy yellow gold with a rich white head. Bright melon and lime. Light soured lime and not much else. Clean but a bit boring.

Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Peaches and dried sour apricot. Nice apricot and creamy cheese and funk. Fruit is limited by the cheese notes.

500mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright tart peaches upfront, with a little oak, and a touch of wild yeast. Flavour is complex and elegant, with bright peaches, a hint of tartness, wild yeast, sourdough, and a touch of oak. Wonderfully peachy, with a sourdough finish. This is excellent.

500ml lambic bottle. Pours a hazy pale orange-yellow with a thin, fizzy, short lived, white head that fully dissipates. Aroma of grainy wheat malt, horse blanket, Brett, peach and oak. Sweet flavour of grainy wheat malt, peach, apricot, vinegar, lemon and oak in a dry, tart lacto finish. Light body with a slick texture and average carbonation. Not as complex as Pierre Turn 1, but tasty, refreshing and easy to drink.
