473ml can. Pours a clear red amber with a small, creamy, short lived, beige head that laces nicely. Mild aroma of bready caramel malt, oak and floral hops. Sweet flavour of toasted caramel malt, toffee, oak and grassy hops in a crisp, dry, mild bitter finish. Light body with a sticky texture and soft carbonation. Malt forward and quaffable.

A copper amber ale with a thin lacing light mocha head. In aroma, nice crisp malt with Brett, light lactic notes, light cherries, pleasant. In mouth, a nice crisp malt with light Brett, light lactic notes, light Epsom salts, pleasant.

Sampled from a shared bottle. A rose colored beer. The head quickly fades. Light tart and lots of cherry.Well balanced.

473ml can. Pours a clear red brown with a small, creamy, short lived, tan head that laces nicely. Aroma of roasted malt, smoke, dark chocolate and coffee. Sweet flavour of roasted malt, dark chocolate, caramel and light smoke in a dry, bitter finish. Medium body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. Delicious and easy to put back.

473ml can. Pours a clear orange gold with a small, foamy, short lived, off-white head that laces. Sweet aroma of bready wheat malt, pineapple, coconut and floral hops. Sweet flavour of toasted bready wheat malt, pineapple, lactose, coconut and floral hops in a slightly tart, boozy finish. Medium body with a sticky texture and soft carbonation. Disappointing. Too sweet and unnecessarily boozy.

473ml can. Pours a clear gold with a small, foamy, long lasting, white head that leaves soapy curtains of lace. Sweet fruity aroma of grainy wheat malt, orange, green grape, pear and herbal hops. Sweet fruity flavour of grainy wheat malt, grapefruit, apricot, pineapple, white wine and grassy hops in a dry, bitter finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average to soft carbonation. Good but not great.

Can from CCC September 2024 box. Clear medium gold with a one finger lingering cream coloured head that leaves stringy lace. Nose is citrus tropical fruit, stone fruit, and gooseberry. Light nectarine sweetness with a medium grapefruit and citrus peel bitterness. Mouth is medium+ with average carbonation and a juicy finish. 8/4/7+/4/16+

473ml can. Pours a slightly hazy amber copper with a medium, foamy, long lasting, off-white head that leaves curtains of lace. Aroma of bready caramel malt, apricot, grapefruit and piney hops. Sweet flavour of bready caramel malt, grapefruit, pine resin and grassy hops in a dry, bitter finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Classic old-school WCDIPA. Abv is well hidden, making this brew very drinkable.

Can from CCC. Clear very dark mahogany veering towards red with a one finger frothy khaki head that lingers and leaves spotty lace. Nose is coffee, dark chocolate and a dose of pine. Light molasses sweetness with a big dark chocolate and resin bitterness Medium+ creamy mouth with average carbonation and a bitter finish. Tasty 7/4/8/4/16-

A red burgundy ale with a thin lacing light rosey head. In aroma, sweet fruity mix of tart cherries, lactic acid notes, Epsom salts, light horseblanket, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity mix of tart cherries, lactic acid notes, Epsom salts, light sweetness, very nice. Bottle at Oktoberfest de Repentigny 2024.
