330mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out cereal notes and straw. Flavour is along the same lines, with straw and light cereal notes. Light sweetness. Boring, but pleasant enough.

330mL bottle at Craffity, pours black with a medium light brown head. Aroma brings out fresh hazelnuts, with a touch of cocoa and some toasted malt. Flavour brings out a ton of hazelnut (probably extract), with a touch of cocoa and creamy toasted malt. Very creamy palate, dominated by the hazelnut. Too easy to drink. Solid stuff.

On tap at Namton's House Bar, pours hay dark amber brown with a medium beige head. Aroma brings out bready malt and a touch of resinous hops. Flavour is subtle, with bready malt, light toasted caramel and a touch of hop resins. Very restrained, but fresh tasting and clean - about as good as you can hope for around here. Decent.

330mL bottle, pours a clear dull yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out light lemongrass and some dry cereal malt. Flavour brings out pleasant lemongrass notes, with dry biscuity malt on the base. Obviously not an authentic kolsch, but it's pleasant and drinkable. Decent.

330mL bottle, pours black with a large tan head with long retention. Aroma brings out lots of oats, medium roasted malt, bitter dry cocoa powder and a healthy dose of hops. Flavour is moderately roasted and assertively bitter, with lots of roasted barley, oats, a bitter yet health dose of hops, and dry dark bitter cocoa. Medium-bodied, with a nice soft mouthfeel. Very good - impressive for a Cambodian beer.
