21/9/2018. Bottle from Plakafe near SM Baguio and thanks to Cecille for bringing this to UK. Huge gusher on opening. Pours amber red with a large short lasting frothy off-white head. Aroma of citrus, flowers, malt, rice and a little vinegar. Moderate sweetness, light bitterness and slight sour edge. Moderate body, slight oily texture, average carbonation. Least favourite of the 4 that I got from this brewery, and ironically the only one that hadn't leaked in transit.

Pours murky dull yellow/gold with an average sized but short lasting white head. Aroma of orange, zest, flowers and honey. Moderate sweetness, light bitterness and and nice level of tartness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, carbonation is a little fizzy. Doesn’t look great and bit too much carbonation but otherwise very likable.

Bottle - Flower petal, yeast and candy like notes. Weird dark purple brown with a rich light pink head. Bitter and herbal with some candy sweetness and a long bitter finish. I see where they are going, but they just don’t execute well enough.
