Tap at the Spektral Lounge, Makati. Poured a hazy straw colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is grainy malt, yeast, light banana. The flavour is grainy malt, yeasty bitter with a crisp, fresh, light acid malt, fruity, banana, dry yeasty hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Quite light, slightly watery. Lacks defining flavours but it’s certainly thirst quenching and easy to drink.

Tap at the Spektral Lounge, Makati. Poured a clear dark brown with a thin broken light tan head. The aroma is roasted malt, licourice, light chocolate, light dry coffee. The flavour is moderate liquorice bitter light sweet with a smooth, roasty malt, liqouirce, light red berry fruit, light boozy alcohol palate. Medium to full bodied with flat carbonation. Needs a little more work but not bad at all. The alcohol is there but in the background. It could do with a little more body, fruit and some additional sweetness imo.
