Pours copper-brown, thin film of foam that just stays. Aroma is sweetish-woody, some raw grass or green tea feeling to it as well. Taste is sooth, has a decent hop bite and abundant malt richness to balance it out. This green in the aroma is coming out quite strong in the taste as well, something that I actually like Interesting brew and unusual style. For me, this does it’s wonders and yes, I’d like to have more of it. For 8% beer goes down just too easy.

33cl bottle at Põrgu Õllelokaal, Tallinn. Pours clear amber with small, off-white head. Fairly strong hoppy aroma with fruity notes, hints of herbs, pine, caramel and alcohol. Medium sweet with hop dominating flavours, real hop juice, and a quite balanced bitterness. Quite tasty and fairly easy to drink.

Bottle, batch 1. Pours pitch black without head. Aroma is sweet, raisins, spices, cinnamon, vanilla, rum, chocolate. Flavor is sticky sweet and bitter, roast, dark chocolate, raisins, rum, vanilla. Finish is roast and dark chocolate bitter, raisins and rum. Alcohol is noticeable, but not distracting. Overall: very good, but maybe a bit too much going on in this one. Should buy some bottles to see how it changes over time. Batch 2. Not as good as the first one, more sweet and more bitter at the same time. Not as mellow or drinkable as the first one. More boozy also. Has this condensed milk thing going on also. Rating would be ~3.2-3.4
