Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Hazy orange, small head. Generous aroma of grass, grapes and honeydew. Sweet with above medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with nectarine, grapes and grass. Mid bitter finish.

330 ml can. Pours black with moderate foamy tan head. Aromas of lavender, heather, chocolate, vanilla, and slick roasted malts. Flavors of florals, chocolate liqueur, vanilla, and oily roasted malts. Indeed a peppery tingle at the end, but really like a gruit based stout. Interesting in a perfumey way.

Can. Black, brown head is soon less than a coat. Roasty aroma with lots of coffee and brown sugar. Sweet - but not for them - with enveloping rather than intense coffee, strong but not acrid roast, gentle bitterness and singed sugar notes. Pleasingly subtle for 11%.
