Opaque brown color, very small brownish head. Roasty, sweet aroma with a strong hazelnut character, along with a hint of dark fruit. Full-bodied. Roasted malt, hazelnut, cinnamon, raisin, cocoa, and plenty of alcohol on the palate. May improve with age. A dessert beer.

A golden beer, a head is medium and blond. Aroma has pine and fruitness of grapefruit. Taste has pine, grapefruit, some fructose, quite mild bitterness. Medium bodied. Should be more clear and fresher.

From a 330ml can on 10/8/2026. Pours a deep brown with the barest of heads. Has a distinct nose of chocolate and fragrant berries. Also tastes of rock dark chocolate and fermenting berries, with some soy and brown sugar, leading into a light roasty bitterness. Fullish body with moderate to average carbonation. Bold and very flavoursome.

Oily looking dark brown beer, near opaque, dark bubbly tan head, short lived. Smooth palate, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation on the back end. Lovely bourbon from the get go, smooth and rich and redolent with ripe fruits. Underpinned by soft but rich coffee and something that tastes like vanilla and, I assume is the biscuits described in the name of the beer. Soft and mildly dry finish. Very nicely done, so full on and rich but delivered in a fairly light palate. Knockout!

Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Black small beige head. Aroma of chocolate cake with bourbon and coconut. Really sweet with full body and rounded, syrupy mouthfeel. Toffee, caramel, chocolate, coffee and syrup. Sticky warming finish. Rather vulgar, but as far as pastry stouts go, this is decent.
