Aus der Flasche (bbe 27.08.2027) im 2026-03 getrunken. Dieses schwarze Porter hat eine spannende leicht ölige Viskosität, so daß das Aroma lange am Gaumen "kleben" bleibt. Die verwendeten Haselnüsse sind von den besonderen Zutaten deutlich erkennbar. Nur woher kommt diese feine salzige Note, die mit einer Süße ins Duell geht. Leicht unharmonisch, aber spannend! Der hohe Alkoholgehalt ist perfekt eingebunden.

Opaque colour, not much head. Roasted, a bit sweet fruity nose with hints of smoke. Medium-bodied. Toasted, semi-sweet, cherry is there but not dominant, some alcohol, soya sauce and hints of smokey vibes. Cherry is not very strong in this one even it has decent sweetness. As such, a ok.

-1 point for the irritating wax. Muddy deep-brown beer with a few seconds of cream head. Vanilla, Bourbon, dried red fruit, rum, chocolate, dessert liqueur. Chocolate, vanilla, alcohol & fusels. Oakwood. Full bodied, alcoholheat, so dense there's no alcoholthinning; medium carbonation. I've had better from Pühaste in this segment.

Bottle. Color: Almost black, brown head. Aroma: Dark dried fruit, Bourbon. Taste: Dark dried fruit, molasses, Bourbon, vanilla. Alcohol is pretty well hidden. Hoppy background. Full body, low carbonation. Hints of oak wood, chocolate and caramel fudge. Over moderate to medium sweet, moderate bitterness.

Opaque colour, small beige head. Dark bread, syrupy aroma, some alcohol. Full-bodied. Malty, soya sauce, dark bread, some alcohol. Dryish Barley Wine with lots of black malts. Suprisingly Bourbon is quite mild in this one.

Tap at Mikkeller Stefansgade. Black with a red event horizon ring on it. Raisin and plum aroma. Medium full body, cake base, full on cupcake with too many sweet ingredients and things sprinkled on top. Dark roasted cocoa, dry cinnamon, preserves, slightly strange sticky spice, wood, not entirely round. Quite sticky. Indeed needs icecream or a slushy machine.

Tap at Mikkeller Stefansgade. Dark. Hazelnut, Rocher, toffee, roasted nuts, tonka, milkshake. Bitter, chocolate, hazelnut sweetness. Tad too sweet and intense. Not bat, but I would prefer it as a beer slushy. Omnipollo knows that beer slushies are great.

Can from Beerdome. Coconut and roasted malt with chocolate, toffee, fudge, sugar. Medium sweet, light booze in the finish. Smooth full body. A coconut treat.
