Aromas of pine, resin, apricot, bread and lots of alcohol. It could be a lot harsher for a 12 percenter, but it's not a well put together beer. Certainly enjoyable to drink but not a classic

Canned 5 Nov 19, 6.5% ABV. Clear gold with a white head. Aroma of grapefruit, citrus blossoms, crackers, honeydew melon, pineapple. A little sweetness is really all you get from the malt. There's lots of fruit and whilst the bitterness is only just on the high side of medium it gets a bit raspy for me at the end.

Hazy gold. Passionfruit nose. Not overly juicy. Big bitterness on first taste, but that dissipates quickly. Citrussy without the burn. Almost a West Coast NEIPA hybrid.

From a 375ml can on 9/11/2019. Pours a lightish golden with just a hint of haze and a small head. The nose is peasant which heaps of peach and passionfruit. Flavour wise, it's medium sweet upfront - again peach and passionfruit, but more muted than the aroma. Finishes with a gentle bitterness. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Middle of the road for me. Quaffable enough but I wouldn't go out of my way for another.

Can. Clear golden amber with a frothy inch of white head. Aroma of mango and grapefruit with a touch of boiled lolly. Medium bodied, highish carbonation. Fruity with some slight resinous notes creeping in as moderate bitterness asserts itself towards the end. But the malt is really bland and the effect is too boiled lollyish for me. Dull.

Bit hot. Fruity. Bit run of the mill.

Can. Deep amber in colour. Biscuity nose with some orange. Very straight down the line red ale with much less bitterness than I expected.

Tap. Murky golden. Pretty much no nose. All the effort seems a little wasted. The unfermented apple doesn't really do much. It is just a slightly chewy, mildly hopped pale ale. At least I might be getting some vitamin C.

Can. Red with a cm of off white head that never quite disappears. Punchy grapefruit & blood orange over sticky bread crust. And that's about yer lot in the taste too. Really rather weak in the middle with malt tending towards boiled lollies. Bitterness is moderate.

Deep dark brown coloured body with a deep almost black glow and a thick, three centimetre tall rich brown head that stays afloat for a long time. Aroma of grapefruit, roasted malt, resin, toffee, caramelised sugars and a dose of pineapple and tropical fruits - quite nice. Medium-bodied; Strong rich roasted malt flavours with grapefruit, earth, nuts with pine and resin at the tail end that showcases the hops. Aftertaste shows a great balance between the hops and malt with the hops showing through with a ton of bitterness and a deep robust pine and resin bite, while also showing bunches of roasted malt, bitterness and toffee at the tail end. Overall, a very nice Black IPA (a style I like a lot) with a deep sweetness from the caramelised sugars, but having a great balance between tons of hops and a good robust roasted malt note. I sampled this 375 mL can purchased from Australia Wine & Spirits here on Pitt Street in Sydney (CBD), New South Wales, Australia on 12-August-2019 for AU$7,00 sampled a few hours later in my hotel room here in Sydney, NSW, Australia on 12-August-2019.
