'Can. Red with a brief white head. Aroma of sour cherries, whisky you wouldn''t waste in a cocktail, orange peel, winter remote hiking hut funk (only ever just dry old timber). Intriguing. Quite sour and much plainer taste - light caramel, sour cherry, a woody finish with light spices.'

355ml can into pint glass. Golden amber beer with big frothy white head and high fine carbonation. some patchy lacing. Nose has notes of malt and citrus fruit. Nice smooth mouthfeel with a little refreshing zing. Finish is earthy, herbal, bitter but restrained. Very nice IPA, quaffable and full of interesting flavours.

355ml can into shaker. Golden amber pour, very slight haze. Fluffy white head, medium carbonation. Full nose of grain and malt, touch of citrus. reminds me vaguely of Orange Slice biscuits.. Good body, smooth texture. Finish has moments of sour grain but late on is mostly cashew sweet. Nice lager, easy to drink.

Can. Unclear gold, white head. Aroma of soft bread old lemons some twiggy notes. Sweet with minor tart and funky notes. Bread, lemon, some tingly spices. Low bitterness. Slight smoke and other mild antiseptic notes at the end. Um, not _very _ Sahtilike although I suppose there are references at the end. Quite refreshing though. Cool goth can.

Can. Brown with an off white head that fades a bit. Aroma of bread crust, earth, spices. Light bodied. Spiced bread but not much sweetness. Much more bitterness than expected and what I guess are the mushrooms (and pine?) show up with it at the end giving it a surprising presence right where you'd expect it to be tailing off. As usual, interesting.

Can. Very dark brown with a small tan head. Smells like sweet black iced coffee. More body than expected for around 5%, low carbonation. Whilst dominated by sweetish coffee, its roast joins some roasted malt and a finishing cinnamon note to keep the sweetness mattering a little less than roasted notes. Nice balance but is too much like actual coffee to love.

Can. Cloudy yellow with a fading white head.Aroma of lemon, crackers, passionfruit. Light bodied, slightly slippery. Tangy and slightly funky with passionfruit being a slight accent to the easy tart beer. No idea what - if anything - the Coastal Everlasting adds. Maybe some light herbal notes at the end. Refreshing.

Can. Almost opaque straw-coloured with a white head that's soon a coat. Mild wheaty funk, clear lactose that makes it smell like strawberries and cream. It's pushing to call this sour but I guess that's an element in the balance between the beer and the creamy berries. A little bit of bitterness. The berries are less vibrant than the fruit in previous variants of this (the Peach Melba Pav and the Lemon Meringue) but again it works pretty well.
