Can. Almost clear pale gold with a white head that’s soon less than a coat.3- Damp wheat and lemon aroma with some whisky, raw almonds (!). 6+ Very light bodied, slightly slippery if you squint. 3+ Light wheaty tartness, dry with some spices and a tiny breath of whisky at the end. 7 As with the Altocumulus, bitterness is a little higher than expected. Refreshing. Novelty elements deftly handled.

Can. Gold with a slight haze and a white head that doesn’t last all that well. Mildy funky doughy aroma with citrus and white pepper. I suppose it’s a bit floral, but actual flowers are not obvious. Enticing aroma. Light to medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Quite sweet with dough and apricots. Citrus is tangy and there are some spices at the slightly dry and moderately bitter finish. Marigolds more obvious at the end. A plodding on the palate where it wanted to be dry and zesty.

Can. Hazy orange with a white head. Some small chunks. Mildly funky wheaty/ lemony aroma with some mandarin, pink grapefruit and white pepper. 6+ Very light bodied, (very) slightly slippery, highish carbonation. Hard to tell where the wheaty sourness ends and the citrus and citrusy hops start - I guess that’s good. A bit sherbet-like. Bitterness is moderate but perhaps a tad higher than a normal Berliner Weisse. Refreshing.
