500ml can into pint glass. Served at outside temperature (11°C). Looks black but is actually a deep dark brown. Thin cream-colored head. Nose is cocoa and milk chocolate. Full body, flat mouthfeel. Very easy-drinking with more touches of chocolate and late dry cocoa. Nice to have a sweet stout that actually has some sweetness to it. Good one.

From can. Pours black, slightly thin. Chocolate notes on nose. Doesn't have the sweetness promised, and stands as a pretty pedestrian stout. Expected more.

Can. Black with a small light tan head. Aroma of roasted barley, mocha, grass. Smooth but still lightish body with low carbonation. Sweet with the taste mirroring the aroma plus a little caramel and quite a bit of aniseed. Just enough bitterness to stand out at the finish. This is a satisfying drop.

(Can) Pours slightly hazy pale golden with short-lived small white head. Lovely aroma of pine and grapefruit with floral notes. Medium body with good carbonation. Tastes starts with lovely fresh fruity notes, which slowly give way to some light sweetness and biscuity hints. From here though the flavour becomes a little thin but with some redeeming pleasant moderate hoppy bitterness. Very drinkable.

375ml can into schooner glass. Cloudy golden amber beer with two fingers of frothy white foam. Tiny bubbles ascend. Nose has caramel and stonefruit. Full-bodied, sweet and rich flavour. Finish has notes of earthy hops, toffee, and lingering berries. Very nice IPA, well balanced and dangerously quaffable.

Can. Aroma of mandarins, pine, peach and crusty bread. Lightish bodied. Medium carbonation. Taste follows the aroma - quite hoppy, really pretty sweet with decent finishing bitterness. Has touch of the boiled travel lolly about it. Doesnt dry out much at the end. OK.
