Ein weiteres feines tschechisches Wirtshausbier, das gut süffig die Kehle hinuntergleitet. Es hat einen etwas wässrigen Körper, aber einen schönen hopfenbetonten Abgang. Ich würde es vielleicht nicht als klassisches Elfgrädiges sehen, sondern Richtung Sommerbier.

300ml, 6.1 % abv, on tap at Pivovarský Klub. Pitch black body, fawn-coloured head, spotty lacing. Roasted mid-sweet malty nose. Distinct roasted flavours, moments of sweet chocolate and dark dough. Sweet malty ending. Medium bodied. Nice, a tad too sweet though (Prague 28.06.2016).

1,5 l plastflaske, delt med Ovesen, Willy og Kitty: lett uklar kobber med kort skum. Deilig aroma og smak av sommereng, noe honing, malt og den letteste citrus. Elegant og forfriskende, særdeles lettdrikkelig med fin fylde og karbonering - slik ferske tsjekkiske pilsnere skal være. Vi var alle godt fornøyde og vel så det.

1,5 litre plastic bottle shared with JMD and OWK at HNB 15.11.15. Cloudy orange. Small off-white head. Aroma and taste of malt, continental hops, bitter almonds and a little caramel.

Tap at the brewery. Quite ordinary but well made pilsner, clear golden colour, slightly vegetably green malty flavour. Not too unlike our Fabrika 12. Good one, but nothing extraordinary.

Tap at the brewery. Clear golden colour. Stable head. Excellent pilsner type lager. Honeyish malty character both in aroma and flavour. Light noble saaz spicy hops flavours, nicely balanced. Excellent drinkability.

Tap at the brewery. Almost clear amber colour. Stable head. Nicely balanced in taste, does not seem overly thin and watery. Mostly malty flavour, toasted vienna malt. Bitterness more pronounced towards the finish. Good one.
