The flavour is moderate bitter with a grainy malt, creamy yeast, woody hop bitter palate and a moderate dry bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Bottle at Mad Moa, Bangkok. Poured a clear dark brown with a frothy light tan head and some broken lace. The aroma is sweet roasty malt, light caramel, lactose, chocolate. The flavour is moderate sweet light liqourice bitter with a smooth dry roasty, charcoal, light dry coffee palate and a bubbly mouthfeel. Medium bodied with surprisingly average carbonation. A good beer with lots going on but a little over carbonated for a stout.

Bottle @ Mad Moa. Opaque dark brown with large spongy beige head that leaves good lacing, sweetish mocha aroma, medium carbonation, lightly sweet roasted malt with a bit of chocolate in the background, somewhat thick body, longish mocha finish. Borders between a porter and stout to me.

Bottle @ Mad Moa. Cloudy orange with very small foamy whitish head, vanilla aroma, medium carbonation, slightly salty vanilla flavored malty taste with a bit of rye and caramel, thin body, long finish. Good brew, the rye was lost in translation though.

Bottle @ Mad Moa. Cloudy golden with very small frothy off-white head, vanilla-citrus aroma, high carbonation, lightly bitter citrus peel taste, thin body, long citrus peel finish. Quite similar to the other witbeer they have brewed, but a bit better.
