Bottle. Brown-black color, coffee foam. Aroma: chocolate and spicy liqueur, cinnamon and herbs there, halva, honey, caramel and bourbon. Taste: slightly sweet, caramel, dried fruit, brandy, herbs and spices, a bit of chili, a little alcoholic.

Dark brown colour, small steady beige head. Aroma has strong cellar, some toasted notes. Medium-bodied. Very fizzy. Some tartness, wineous, earthy cellary, wineous, toasted malts, berries in the flavour. Has potential but this is too cellary - probably not really what they wanted to. Barrel-ageing is not always easy...

Bottle shared by Joes. Opaque pitch black color, average sized light to moderately brown colored head. Aroma is malts, light coffee, light bourbon. Taste malts, light bourbon, coffee, sweetish a bit but also a bit malt bitter. Medium body, decent to medium carbonation. Quite solid. And heavy. It's a big bottle so I wouldn't have drank this alone, glad it was a bottle shared. Nice though! 8-4-8-4-14.

Thuis uit een flesje. Bijzonder etiket. Troebel geel, wit schuim. Wat zuur in aroma en smaak. Smaak toch wat waterig, maar niet onaardig.

Bottled 330ml (Beergium, BB 09/2021) Ruby colour, small off-white head. Smoked, caramel, berries, bourbon in the nose. Medium-bodied. Sweet, a bit berryish flavour, some caramel and alcohol. Also some hoppy bitterness. All these hide smokeyness in the flavour more or less. Aging has mellowed this. Somewhat simple but drinkable/sippable.
