Bottle from Crafr rePUBlic Moscow. Opaque deep brown to black pour. No head. Aroma: strong molasses, roasted malts, coffee, chocolate, a hint of oak. Full body. Complex taste. Rich malts, oak, vanilla, bourbon, dried fruit, treacle. Light bitter ending. Very good.

Caña en el Malte La Coruña 05.. 11..2017 (r06). color negro intenso con poca espuma beige persistente. Sabores maltosos tostados con toques de caramelos estilo belgas cuádruples con notas ligeras de cafés torrefactos y suaves especias. Cuerpo medio algo espumoso y cierta densidad. Fácil de beber. No está mal, para repetir.

330mml bottle. Tasted on the 21/10/2017 at II In Peccatum Beerfest. Golden colour with a medium white head. Aroma of bread, hops and yeast. Taste is watery, bittery and medium hoppy. Not well balanced. Yeasty more than juicy. Next one please!

Sampled thnx to geert de ben. Pours muddy blonde. Smell is solvent, medicinal, rubber, clinical, desinfecrion. Burnt plastic. Taste is likewise,perhaps even worst. I cannot describe how awefull this is. Pitty excuse for a mead. This one shouldnt exist. Ever.

Tap. Tasted on the 21/10/2017 at II In Peccatum Beer Fest. Hazy copper to amber colour with a medium tan head. Aroma of caramel, dried fruits, wood and grapes. Taste syrup, Porto wine and caramel. Sweet and sherry finish. Next one please!

Hackney Bottleshare. Light haze on this amber beer, good cream colour head. Palate is smooth and fairly dry, decent fine carbonation. Smooth dry malts, sweetish. Light cream. Some mild smoke, not too much. Light dried fruits in to modest fruity bourbon. Dry and thin vanilla. Fruity finish. One of those beers that needs a little persistence, gets better as you go along. Hides the abv reasonably well.

Bottlw @ home. Golden colour with a chunky white head. Smells malts, hops, floral, yeasty. Tastes hops, floral, citrussy, malty. Quite refreshing. Medium body, nice carbo. Not the best beer but I wouldn't be sad if I ordered this in a bar or something.

Black with dark head. Aroma is initially very alcoholic but tones down after a while to become a bit woody and sweet. Flavour has sweet woody dryness too. Fairly rich. Elements of brown sugar and liquorice.
