Description
In Peccatum Craft Beer was born in 2013 under the brand name Cerveza Keltius, brewing Belgian-style beers in a small brewpub in the city of Ourense.
In 2015 it was decided to dispense with the brewpub and move to an industrial estate, dedicating ourselves 100% to manufacturing and distribution, and acquiring new equipment and machinery that allowed us to triple the production volume and automate much of the process. The company aspires to continue growing and improving the quality of its beers day by day.

16/IX/17 - 33cl bottle from Bierhalle Deconinck (Vichte), shared @ T.'s movie night pt. I - BB: 12/V/18 (2017-1501)

Very murky beige beer, small irregular off-white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: very fruity, sweet malts, passion fruit, mango, pineapple. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty fruity, sweet touch, citrus, grapefruit, bit spicy, yeasty, hoppy. Aftertaste: citrus, sourish touch, very bitter, resinous, some grapefruit notes, hoppy finish. Decent, probably better when consumed fresher than 4 months old... (just taking a guess here, based on the BB-date...)

Bottle shared at Leighton's place. 06/09/2017. Many thanks to Kenny for this one. A clear deep golden orange coloured pour with a thin beige head. Aroma is caramac bar, whiff of alcohol, little jammy, green apple, vanilla. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, caramel, light smoked, toffee, green apple, green apple and dirty caramel. Paalte is semi sweet, thin, watery, little chewy. Disappointing, little papery. Does not taste 15%.

Bottle at LKS. It pours clear copper with a medium white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, smoked action, earthy, woody, varnish, banana candy, vanilla, dried fruits, toffee and oiliness. The taste is soft, sweetish, oily, resinous, dried fruits, candied fruit, marmalade, tangy, tangerine, woody, smoke, varnish, banana and hint of booze, but not 15%.... medium body, fine carbonation and lily mouth - feel. Doesn't taste the abv. Unusual.

Bottle shared in London - big thanks to Kenny. Pours clear gold with a creamy, white head. The nose has some butterscotch, pale bread, ripening citrus fruits, melon. Medium sweet flavour with quite subtle smoke, some berries, bready malts, minimal alcohol. Medium to full bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with some further toasty toffee, relaxed smoke, a little booze maybe, more bread, nips of fruitcake. Drinks pretty good - much better than expected, given the purported ABV.
