Description
In Peccatum Craft Beer was born in 2013 under the brand name Cerveza Keltius, brewing Belgian-style beers in a small brewpub in the city of Ourense.
In 2015 it was decided to dispense with the brewpub and move to an industrial estate, dedicating ourselves 100% to manufacturing and distribution, and acquiring new equipment and machinery that allowed us to triple the production volume and automate much of the process. The company aspires to continue growing and improving the quality of its beers day by day.

330ml bottle. Opaque, quasi black colour with huge, frothy, osteoporosing, minimally lacing, beige head. Roasty, dark malty and slightly fruity aroma, hints of dark chocolate, blueberry, blackberry, a touch of salty liquorice. Taste is roasty dark malty, notes of dark chocolate, some liquorice, a fruity touch of blackberry and blueberry; rather overcarbonated but amenable to sedation (per shaking).

Bottle - Sweet dark malts and chocolate notes. Jet black with a decent small brown head. Dark sweet malts, chcoclate and molasses. Finish has some coffee. Not bad, but adjuncts aren’t that well represented.

Tasted from the tap on the brewery. The best one of the Sour Side Series in my opinion. Dark cola colour with a medium beige head. Aroma of gooseberries, wood, red grapes and wine. Taste is red wine with gooseberries and wood. Sweet and smooth finish. Next one please!
