Can which I think was from Loz's Beer Republic Bier Adventskalender, consumed at home Thursday 28th December 2023 listening to Huw Stephens on 6Music and Loz is making a Pasta with Broccoli (we used brussel sprouts) and a gorgonzola sauce. Hazy gold on the pour with a large white head. Some sweet oranges on the nose, and perhaps another citrus fruit but not sure what, also a touch of pine resin. These aromas follow through into the taste department with a sweet maltiness and a little pithy and bitter edge to it. It's a fine beer but not really exciting me too much.

Dark yellow colour with light haze and fluffy head. Nice creamy taste with tight fine carbonation. Leafy hop bitterness. Slightly piney.

35cl blik van Beer Republic Advent ‘23. Mistig diepgouden kleur, witte kraag. Licht harsig, fruitig, mango, citroenschil, licht bloemig, hint van caramel, bittere finish. Lichte body. Degelijk.

12 fl. oz. can from the Beer Republic advent calendar. Murky golden in the glass with a more than one finger white frothy head. Intensive mandarine aroma with grape and citrus, resin in the background. Taste starts with bitterhop, less fruity, present dry malt. More malty and grape bitterness in the second part. Mid carbonated. Long lasting bitter aftertaste. Nice.

355ml. can. @home, 05/12/2023 [#6.938 Global - #1.219 United States of America - #1 Montauk Brewing Company (My Brewery #288 from the States)] Pours deep golden to light orange with a white head. Aroma: grapefruit, citrus, earthy hops, marmalade and hints of bready malts. Taste: earthy hops, fresh grapefruit and a strong maltbackbone. Nexty one please!

Option unauffällig, Schaum passt. In der Nase angenehm fruchtig, reife Beeren. Im Trunk ebenso, leicht alkoholisch, dezent bitter, keine Zitrusbombe, eher dunkler in den Noten. Passt.

Can from Beer Republic Advent cal drunk at home after a tasty steak with mushrooms finished in port wine sauce from deglazing the Le Creuset. Hazy amber with a large fine head. Nose is piney, a bit of citrus and some bready caramel. The flavor is dank with moderate bitterness. Lots of complex pine sap notes in there. Bitterness is definitely long lasting. Good one for the forest lovers!
