330ml can from the HCMC taproom. Poured a murky dark reddish brown colour with a very short-lived, fizzy off-white head. The aroma is light cherry and malt. The flavour is moderate bitter and sweet with a smooth, rich, malt, light toffee, cherry, earthy, herbal, light bitter palate. Medium bodied with flat carbonation. This was a real mess. Totally flat with no carbonation. Something went wrong here either when brewed or canned. Canned 29th June 2023. Probably the first drainpour HoD beer I’ve had.

Draft at the HCMC taproom. Poured a clear dark brown colour with a short-lived, frothy, off-white head. The aroma is big Brett and dragon fruit. The flavour is moderate sour, light sweet, with a silky smooth, bretty, biscuit yeast, dragon fruit, herbal palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. I wasn’t really sure what to expect and I was pleasantly surprised. Nicely balanced with plenty going on.

Draft at the HCMC taproom. Poured a murky golden orange colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt and mango. The flavour is over moderate bitter, with a super dry, smooth, rich, light citrus, big floral hop burning pepper spice palate. Over medium bodied with soft carbonation. The hop bucket really fell into this one. Seriously over-hopped to the point where it became undrinkable. Nice in small quantities, but boy does this burn.
