Description
Some people say we make the best craft beer in Saigon, Vietnam. Enter the Darkness and decide for yourself...
Heart of Darkness is all about duality. Good and evil. Sane and insane. Big, bold, crafted brews that will challenge the way you think about beer. Thirst quenching, session beers that will have you bouncing off the walls. Hop bombs that will give you a kick-to-the-teeth, while still being still balanced and smashable. Whatever your taste, we’ve got it….
Our family, the “Dark Army” is an eclectic mix of weirdos from all walks of life. So… we’ve handcrafted a bunch of beers to pair with our varying passions - from frisbee golf to music festivals, from overindulgent eating with good friends to surfing and hiking…
It's a craft beer journey into unchartered territory... #enterthedarkness

Pours hazy straw. Aroma of pineapple and a hint of banana. Flavour is tropical fruit with pineapple being the standout flavour. Quite highly carbonated. A nice NEIPA but I very much prefer Loose Rivet, another NEIPA from the same brewery.

Tap at Heart of Darkness, Singapore. Poured a slightly hazy golden amber colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, big mixed berry fruits, light floral spicy hop. The flavour is moderate bitter and sweet, with a smooth, rich, fruity, herbal, floral dry hop bitter palate. Medium to full bodied with soft carbonation. Probably too much going on I must say. A really heavy and alcoholic beer with a plethora of competing flavours. I don’t know how anyone could drink a pint of this.

Tap at Heart of Darkness, Singapore. Poured a clear medium brown colour with a broken off white head. The aroma is malt, nutty, woody hop. The flavour is moderate to light bitter, with a toasty, dry, ash tray, charcoal nutty hop palate and hints of sweet chocolate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Probably better than the classic English milds served in England. Highly drinkable.
