Description
Some people say we make the best craft beer in Saigon, Vietnam. Enter the Darkness and decide for yourself...
Heart of Darkness is all about duality. Good and evil. Sane and insane. Big, bold, crafted brews that will challenge the way you think about beer. Thirst quenching, session beers that will have you bouncing off the walls. Hop bombs that will give you a kick-to-the-teeth, while still being still balanced and smashable. Whatever your taste, we’ve got it….
Our family, the “Dark Army” is an eclectic mix of weirdos from all walks of life. So… we’ve handcrafted a bunch of beers to pair with our varying passions - from frisbee golf to music festivals, from overindulgent eating with good friends to surfing and hiking…
It's a craft beer journey into unchartered territory... #enterthedarkness

Tap at the HCMC brewpub. Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with a thin white head and some broken lace. The aroma is big cucumber, light malt. The flavour is light bitter with a light watery dry malt, crispy fresh herbal, light dry hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at the HCMC brewpub. Poured clear yellow golden colour with a big white head. The aroma is Pilsner malt, woody hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a crisp, fresh, malt, yeasty, light buttery, light citrus, dry woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Pilsners by their very nature lack flavour. It’s all about the crisp nature of the beer and the bitterness. This one had a little bit more going for it though which made it a lot more satisfying in the palate. On the alcohol front it’s a little higher than normal, but you would not know... maybe until the following morning :-)
