Red brown colour with no head. Aroma is very strong with raspberries. Flavour is bitter, sweet and tart raspberry juice.

Muddy honey. Moderate head. Average retention. Hoppy fruity aroma with minor nectary malts. Medium body. Sweetish taste. Juicy hops as well. Good enough.

Tap. Cloudy honey yellow, moderate head. Aroma: wheat malts, spice, tangerine. Similar taste. Light body. Low bitterness. Good witbier.

BOTTLE 33 CL. Opaque black, mocha head. Chocolate aroma, dark treacle, dark malts. A little winey and boozy, but not exactly sherry. Cheesy notes, some manure. The taste starts with only a subtle malt sweetness, and is otherwise relatively dry and very smooth. Again, those winey (pretty nice), as well as cheesy (less so) notes. Moderate grassy roasty and grassy bitterness. Not bad.

Tap@Taproom Malmö, Malmö (28/01/2017) - pours red pinkish white head. Medium sour fruity aroma and taste with resonating raspberry prominence, redcurrant, light wooden nuance, dry tart fruity finish.

Keg at Malmo Taproom. It pours clear deep red with a small white head. The aroma is sweet, tangy, sour, fresh raspberry, tangy, sour candy and vitoria sponge. The taste is crisp, tart, tangy, sour, raspberry, cranberry, sour candy, citric acidity, raspberry compote, lactic, vinous and granny smith apple with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Juicy, tart and tangy. Very tasty.

Keg at Malmo Taproom. It pours jet black with a thick tan head. The aroma is rich roasted malt, sweet, sticky, spicy whiskey, vanilla, toffee, touch of butterscotch, milk chocolate, malteser, cranberry, permanent marker pen and dried fruits. The taste is rich rich roasted malt, milk chocolate, chewy malt, boozy warmth, whiskey, boozy, plum, earthy, burn toast date, spicy, slight solvent vibe with a warming finish. Full body, fine carbonation and foamy mouth - feel. Rich and filthy. Good except a touch of solvent from the barrel.
