330ml. can. @home, 16/06/2021 [#4.032 Global - #7 Bulgaria - #1 Beer Bastards (My Brewery #5 from Bulgaria)] Post-run beer. Pours hazy yellow with a low white head. Aroma: Grapefruit, grassy hops and orange pith. Taste: Citrusy and piney. Dry mouthfeel. Hop burn finish. Next one please!

Bottle at home, black beer, small head. Aroma is chocolate, orange, malt, light roast. Taste is the same, light sweet, bitter, orange, chocolate. long bitter chocolate aftertaste, nice.

ABV: 6.3%. Clear medium amber orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, dried fruit, bread, moderate hoppy, orange, sugary fruit - dried fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, dried fruit, caramel, sweet malt, bread, sweet woody hops, sweet fruity hops. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20201226]

ABV: 5.6%. Light cloudy medium yellow colour with a huge, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate hoppy, citrus, grass, spicy hops, lemongrass. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, wheat, spicy hops, citrus, witbier yeast like, grass, lemongrass. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to lively. 330ml bottle. Hazy, pink-ish, amber-ish, tan colour with small, frothy, fading, white head, some not so tiny chunks float around for a while and sink down after a while. Sweet-ish, floral-fruity aroma, notes of hibiscus, rose hip, a touch of pomegranate, red berries. Taste is slightly dry, sweet-and-sour, floral-fruity, notes of hibiscus, rose hip, morello, some pomegranate, fruit acidic and minimally lactic tartness; lingering, tart finish. Watery texture, dry, minimally astringent palate, fine, soft to flat carbonation. Very nice composition with some serious shortcomings concerning appearance and, to a lesser extent, mouthfeel - nice.

Can 330ml (Beerdome) A bit cloudy yellow colour, small white head. White grapes, grass in the nose. Light-bodied, watery, White grapes, lemon, green apple and grassy hops in the flavour. Even it is DDH, it is more like Brut IPA than NEIPA. Ok.
