Bügelverschlußflasche: Pale golden, hazy, big - very slowly collapsing - fluffy white head; moderate to solid herbal-hoppy nose with a touch of yeast; moderate to solid bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied, mild and mellow; slightly lingering, dryish bitter-sweet finish, light hoppy - sticking to the palate - aftertaste. Nice stuff................

(bottle) Hazy, pale golden colour with a big foamy white head. Moderately sweet and yeasty malty aroma with a touch of biscuits and delicate flowery hops. Light-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Pale malty, slightly doughy and faint grainy taste with very subtle fruity accents and herbal hops in the background; slim and slightly bitter hoppy finish. Not bad, but finally it lacks character (13.VII.09).

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a huge fluffy white foam. Sourish and sweet wheat-malty and moderately fruity (citrus, apples, green banana) nose with perfumed notes. Slightly sweet and moderately wheaty malty taste with light banana- and citrus-fruity notes; quite harsh bitter finish. Not very rounded chrystal wheat (29.05.08).
