Tap at the Birmingham Beer Bash 2016. Poured a crystal clear straw colour with a big frothy white head. The aroma is lager malt, some light hop, some fruit. The flavour is moderate bitter with a dry crisp, refreshing fruity palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. As far as lagers go this wasn’t so bad.

Cask @ Mr Foleys, Leeds. Golden with a frothy head. Has a raw hoppy character, not much in the way of flavour, but is crisp.

Cask @ Olde Mitre Tavern, Hatton Garden, London. Clear golden with an extremely small bubbly head head. A little watery, which negates its mild pale ale texture. Has hints of fruit.

Cas, half-pint at Babington Arms (JDW), shared with Finn. Lacing rings from a non-existing head. Dark golden body, clear. Aroma of leafy hops. Mixed taste profile of honeyed fruit and grainy malts. Bitter endnotes. Just alright (Derby 21.02.2016).
