Sample during "Hillary’s Portland to Columbus Beer & Birthday Bash!" on 01/20/2018. Slightly hazy orange-gold color with a thin white head that dissipates quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. Aroma of oak, citrus and slight mint. Light-bodied with flavors of tart lime, oak, yeast and subtle mint. The finish is tart with a lime aftertaste. Decent overall.

Refrigerated 75 cl brown bottle poured into a cup. Clear light orange with small white head. Aroma is nice sour, medium body, lower carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is tart lemon.

Bottle from the source. Hazy deep golden color white head. Both the peach and the nectarine come through in the aroma along with barnyard must and dusty pepper. The taste is softly sour with moderate funk and mostly nectarine. Delicious.

roasty, toast, coffee-like taste. Black color with brown foam. The flavor was a balance of medium sweetness, medium bitterness, full body, sticky, and lively. Stouts are not my favorite beer style. This one was okay, but they had many beers on tap with this one as the base aged with other flavors which I liked better.

Pepper aroma and opaque yellow color. Nice sour taste with a mellow jalapeno pepper taste at the end that adds just the right amount of heat. Leaves a slow burn without being overpowering.

Sample at the "Black Friday 03" tasting on 11/24/2017. The beer is a dark purple color with a medium thin pinkish-white head that evaporates steadily to a wispy film. Short strings of lace. Tart berry, yeast and malt in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of tart blackberry, mildly funky yeast and doughy malt. The finish is tart with a blackberry aftertaste. Good beer all around.
