Dark red color. Very sour, like an underripe blackberry. Lingering sourness after. Just a hint of coffee at the start.

Cloudy yellow with an acid sour aroma. Taste is moderately sour with a crisp, dry finish. Some tartness that reminds me of under ripe peaches and just a little funkiness.

16.9 oz. Aroma is whiskey, wood, lime, lemon, pepper, stomach problems. Pours hazy pale golden with a fleeting white head. Taste is really sour (10/10) and acidic with flavors like the aroma. Has flavors of whiskey and citrus like a whiskey sour, but it’s way more tart. Although it’s like an acid reflux sufferer’s worst nightmare, this is really good and interesting.
