Draft taproom. Citrus hops - grapefruit, orange, and lemon rind. Ordinary hop flavor. Nothing exciting, but not bad.

Draft: Soil and clay nose. Cloudy dark copper, medium yellow head. Wow you can really taste sweet potato, soil, and caramel. Medium body, easy carbonation. Sweet potato actually makes it worse. The base beer is quite nice and seems to have enough earthiness on its own.

Sample at GABF 10/08/2016, thanks to my sis for assistance with note-taking. Black pour with a medium tan head that recedes gradually. Small patches of lace. Oak, vanilla, chocolate and coffee aroma. Full-bodied with flavors of oaky bourbon, vanilla, chocolate malt and roast coffee. The finish is sweet with a bourbon-infused tiramisu aftertaste. Good beer all around.

Aroma of vanilla, chocolate and coffee. Medium to full body with flavors of oaky vanilla, chocolate and roast coffee. The finish is sweet with a tiramisu aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
