2 week old pint can A: Very clear pale orange pour with 1/4 of thick foam that fell to a lasting pad and ring.. S: Bright citrusy orange and tangerine hops, herbs, flowers and caramel. T: Bitter citrus with orange zest and grapefruit pith balanced with biscuit, wood and alcohol at the back end. M: Smooth slick texture, light carbonation and longish oily finish. O: Quite good though I find it pretty malty for its low strength. Tastes much stronger than it is.
Draft at the source. Clearish bright yellow color white head. Aroma is very floral, lightly grassy. Taste is softly sour summer fruit and light straw. Nice dry hopped sour.
