From day one, the support of friends and family has been vital to the creation and success of Grist House. This is a place where drinking buddies become lifelong friends, and regulars become family. Can courtesy of JStax, thanks! Mostly clear purple color fluffy pink head. Aroma of dragonfruit up front, berries in the background. Taste is mainly dragonfruit too, with soft sourness. Could use a bit more sourness but I'm very happy it's not acetic. Tasty stuff.

Refrigerated 16 oz. aluminum can poured into a a cup. Red with off-white head. Aroma is cherry, medium body, medium carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is cherry.

Refrigerated 16 oz. aluminum can poured into a cup. Red with small off-white head. Aroma is raspberry, medium body, medium/lower carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is raspberry, passion fruit, and a little salt.

Sampled on draft this beer poured a black color with a medium sized foamy brown head that left minimal lacing. The aroma was dry, roasty and bitter with strong floral hops and coffee. The flavor was very bitter with tobacco, strong floral hops, dry, coffee, very roasty and somewhat smokey. Long roasty, smokey and floral finish. Moderately full bodied.

Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a murky yellow color with a large foamy white head that lingered and left good lacing. The aroma was sweet pine, grapefruit and a bit of pineapple. The flavor was bitter and dry with chalk, grapefruit and pine notes. Very long finish. Moderately full bodied. Ok

Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a black color with a medium sized foamy brown head that lingered and left good lacing. The aroma was dry and roasty with a coffee presence. The flavor was toasty and roasty and dry with smoke, coffee, cocoa and a hint of cherry cola. Long finish. Medium bodied and fairly smooth. Decent.

Bottle thanks to Dan. Pours a pitch black color with a small brown head. A lovely sweet nose, licorice, cocoa, roast, coffee. Big barrel, vanilla, some heat, sweet spices, cinnamon is big. Lovely palate. Great beer. Damn good.

Sampled on draft this beer poured a hazy bright yellow-gold color with a medium sized foamy white head that faded quickly and left minimal lacing. The stomach was strong sweet pineapple but somewhat artificial. The flavor was tart and sour but also dry and chalky with fairly strong pineapple and an astringent presence. Long sour pineapple finish. Medium body. Decent.

Sampled on draft this beer poured a murky bright peach color with a large creamy white head that left decent lacing. The aroma was dryish with pepper, must and citrus. The flavor was tart and sour with yeast, tangy lemon and a hint of band aid. Long finish. Medium body. Ok
