12/04/21 Can from the Ingles mix n match your own six (from broken packaging, & sorta still sometimes fresh) section. Ugly, SN Sidecar pint glass @ home. Looks like a cloudy mimosa. Resiny, orange nose; bubbly. You know how Florida orange juice isn't sweet anymore, & it's actually a little bitter? Yeah. Taste is rutabaga, grapefruit pith, mulch that flew into your mouth & pine. Rutabaga is sort of a earthy/nutty potato. Whenever making mixed mashed rutabaga, add some yukons for sweetness else your mash will be too veggie. Frothy, acidic, watery, medicinal, dry. Anyway, this smelled great but ended up being meh.

12oz can from Appalachian. No dating. Pint glass @home. Very thin & tall, cascading oatmeal head. Clear, but very dark brown, with cola highlights. Smell is sweet coffee, medium toast brown ale, strong vanilla, barrel, fake creamer, marshmallows. Maybe a bit much. Tastes like a hazelnut coffee pod. Sweet, too nutty, vanilla essence, fake creamer packets, strong astringency at the end. It's not bad, just a bit artificial. It's also pretty thin & crispy, which isn't what I'd want here. Almost sent this to someone. Glad I didn't. Okay.

bomber - bought at brewery in Oct 2022 - shared with friend. Peach color - tart, but unique aging. Would have liked to let one sit a few years to see how it changes, but damn good

Tall boy from Appalachian Vinter. Pint glass @home. Pale straw, hazed, thin neon white head. Smells of Wonder Bread, lemon & mineral water. Lemon, wheat, faint clove, mineral water, soft lettuce bitterness turning to steel. Delicate, dusty & watered down. Sort of clean enough. Whatever.
