Clear orange-amber color with a thin white head that dissipates steadily to a thin outer ring. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of tart fruit, malt and hops. Medium body with flavors of tart citrus, doughy malt and mild floral hops. The finish is mildly sour with a lemony aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at the brewpub. Dark brown color with a medium thin off-white head that evaporates steadily to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of tart citrus, chocolate and yeast. Light-bodied with flavors of salty citrus, cocoa and yeast. The finish is tart citrus and chocolate. Interesting beer, above average overall.

Sample at the brewpub. Reddish-amber color with a medium thin off-white head that diminishes steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lacing. Aroma of hops, fruit and spice. Medium body with flavors of floral hops, basil, malt and subtle strawberry. The finish is mildly bitter with a hoppy aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at the brewpub. Brown-black color with a thin beige head that recedes quickly to a wispy film. Small patches of lacing on the glass. Aroma of roast malt, chocolate and oak. Medium body with flavors of milk chocolate, roasted malt and a bit of wood. The finish is creamy with a chocolate malt aftertaste. Does a pretty good job of invoking the namesake drink. Pretty good overall.

Light-bodied with a smokey malt character and notes of lime and salt. The finish is smoky and citrusy. Decent overall.
