12oz can from Tavour. Clear, dark brown pour, a few bubbles remain. Malty aroma, brown sugar, plums. Taste brings a smidge of Belgian yeast, malts, tobacco, prunes. Aroma edges out the taste. Seems a bit thin.

12oz can pours out dark golden copper topped with a white head. Nose is nice sweet malts belg yeast spice notes and some barrel. Taste is more of the nice sweet malts pitfruit belg spice and the mezcal notes.

12oz can from Tavour. Cloudy amber pour, small off-white foamy head. Aroma is malty, brown bread, toffee, sweet, strong. Taste is sweet, malty, followed by some booziness. Caramel and toffee, apple. A real treat. Sip and enjoy.

Deadline - Maple Vanilla from Taxman Brewing Company

At first it was an overwhelming amount of maple, like almost too much, but with some air it's gorgeous, the vanilla comes up and mellows perfectly with the maple, decadence.

Ugh this might be my favorite deadline, nice balance of chocolate and peanut butter and barrel and base stout. Super drinkable sweet and bitter chocolate booziness.

Enjoyed the Mexican hot chocolate much more, this was alright but the type of bourbon barrel used maybe didn't vibe well enough for me.

Damn, nice chilies, and they taste fresh too whatever that means, but great flavors, no roasty toasty feel from the chilies, nice amount of dark chocolate, nose is solid Mexican chocolate cake. Cinnamon is mellow and on point.
