Pours clear light amber with a minimal off white head. Smells of spicy yeast, a little farmhouse funk, and light caramel malt. Flavor is toasted caramel malt, spice, mild funk, and mild hops.

Clear deep red pour. Smells of oak, funk, and tart cherries. The flavor is at least moderately tart with oak, dark fruit, especially cherries, and malt. Medium body, fine carbonation and a tart oaky finish. Excellent.

Lightly hazy gold pour with a small white head. It smells really funky with some lemon and light malt. The flavor is of farmhouse funk, lemon, spicy yeast, and malt. Very good.

Pours mostly clear yellow with a small white head. Mild aroma of cloves and banana. The flavor is lightly sweet with wheat malt, cloves, and banana. Okay. A bit watery.

Pours hazy yellow with a very funky, fruity aroma. Tropical. It tastes funky, tart, and fruity. Passionfruit and mango. Very nice.

Sample at the brewpub as part of Ohio Brew Week on 07/18/2025, during the 10th Anniversary celebration. Brown-black pour with a medium beige head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Small patches of lace. Aroma of malt, oak and chocolate. Medium body with a charred oak and malt character, and notes of bittersweet chocolate and coffee. The finish is roasty with a burnt malt aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Slightly hazy yellow-gold pour with a medium thin white head that diminishes steadily to a film. Sticky strings of lace. Aroma of herbal hops, tropical fruit and malt. Medium body with flavors of herbal hop, funky tropical fruits and bready malt. The finish is fruity and funky with a dank hoppy aftertaste. Above average overall.

Short strings of lace. Floral and fruity aroma with malt undertones. Light body with flavors of fruity yeast, lavender, biscuit malt and a touch of hops. The finish is fruity with a yeast and lavender aftertaste. Above average overall.
