Bottle thanks to Julian. Pours a cloudy ruby orange with small off white head that lasts. The aroma is berry, cherry, grape skin, yogurt. Thin body, very tart, acidic, raspberry, cherry, very good.

Bottle thanks to Brian. Pours a hazy ruby with small off white heas that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is strong raspberry, cherry skin, oak. Thin body, raspberry, currants, very sour, enjoyed this.

Pour at SG 2 Year Anniversary party. Pours a thick, deep red to violet with a small bit of head that lingers. Huge berry and cherry aromas with some prune and date notes. Dry and tart on the palate, very tart and acidic. The barrel rounds out a bit of the acidity...lots of tannins in there as well. Tart cherry and prune finish with lots of skin and seed bitterness as well. Looks gorgeous.

Solid heavy fruity berlineresque sour. Enough residual sweetness to balance.
Burnt rubber, strawberries, cherries, leather & lemon nose. Heavy sour fruity taste. Puckering mouth. Too sour for me.
