Bottle with gold wax shared at Ascension. Thanks Adam! Pours a mostly clear gold with full finger of white foam that dissipates. Lovely funky, horseblanket nose with some funky cheese, pear and fig aromas. Crisp and clean on the palate with dried honey, wet hay and more bleu cheese flavors. Dried pear, mineral and light yogurt notes on the finish. Nice underlying tartness but not too overly acidic. --- Beer merged from original tick of Fearless (Batch #7) on 01 Dec 2019 at 20:10 - Score: Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5. A hazed milky orange ale with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light strawberry, loads of Brett, ground cherries, very nice. In mouth, a nice tart mix of strawberry pulp, light Brett, very nice and complex. Bottle from Amerigo.

Bottle shared by Greg, thanks! Pours a hazy purple red with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has sour dark fruits and berries with some oak and light grains backing. Flavor has plum and sour berries with a light acid bite and an earthy oak backing.
