750ml bottle. Cloudy, dark amber colour with average, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Citrusy fruity and minimally leafy-grassy, hoppy aroma, sweet-ish, caramel malty background, hints of orange, mandarine, marmalade, a touch of grapefruit. Taste is moderately bitter, slightly zesty, citrusy fruity hoppy, caramel malty basis with low residual sweetness, hints of lemon, lemon peel, a touch of orange peel, marmalade, grapefruit, zesty and minimally waxy hop bitterness, doughy yeasty overtones.
Watery texture, dry palate, medium to fine, dense, prickly carbonation.
Crisp, but slightly restrained, "thin" hop flavours, minimally clumsy, malty basis - OK.

Described on the label as a "polotmavý ležiak viedenského typu". The line between vienna and polotmavy is very thin of course, but from both brewery description and taste i think it fits more as a vienna.
Pours on the dark side of amber, some haziness. Medium sized, pillowy head, the slightest off white head, shows quite good retention and moderate lacing. Sweetish, not super clear/defined aroma, with caramel and biscuity malts taking the main stage, lighter honey notes, a general soft, crumb of bread like feeling, perhaps with a hint of butter/diacetyl, but really minimum. Taste feels a little more defined, with a light hint of herbal hops to add a touch of freshness, especially in the finish. Still a sweetish beer, but in a moderate/delicate way; definitely pleasant in the overall balance. Nice mouthfeel: quite light bodied, low to medium, delicate carbonation; Pleasantly smooth with a bit of softness. A pretty nice one on the whole.

A bit cloudy golden colour, medium-sized creamy white head. Fruity, kind of fermented fruits aroma. Light to medium-bodied. Pale malts, grassy hops, minerally vibe - typical Slovak micro? AIH205.

Pours on the very dark side of golden, pretty translucent through light. A bit of haziness. Good sized, healty white head shows excellent retention and nice lacing. Pretty good intensity in the aroma with a not too restrained malty background (soft breadiness, honey, a hint of caramel) and hoppy notes of jam-like citricness and grassy hops. Shows good intensity in taste too, with far from timid (at least for a vycepni) sweetness and bitterness; good overall balance in the mouth, a moderate bitter edge in the finish with a dry floral hops reminiscence. Ok taste definition; not as bright on the citric/grassy component as the smell suggested. Light to medium bodied, average to above average carbonated; in body this was much bolder and structured than expected for a 10°, with a very lively mouthfeel (a bit too burpy though). Final thoughts: very intense for a vycepni, both in taste intensity and mouthfeel, well made and pleasantly lively on the overall. Good stuff.

Bottle from the brewpub. Should be Citra plus mosaic, what sounds like a great combo. Sadly it's ČIPA like. Awww
