Bottle shared at work. Pour black with off-white head. Nose is earthy notes, roasted malts, chocolate and chili. Taste is chocolate, coffee and earthy notes that fade fast, leaving space only for the chili that's appearing right after and hits hard. Spicy all over, so much chili.

Bottle. Pours deep golden with a long lasting thicc head. Nose is on the sweet side, showing fruity and floral hoppy notes. Taste is similar, sweeter hoppy, full of fruity and floral notes again but there's a decent bready-honey malty backbone underneath it all. Closes with a bitter finish, has light body and average carbo. Nice and round.

Hazy dark golden color with medium white head. Aroma: sweet, honey, plastic notes, caramel. Taste: caramel, infected, grainy, light citrus hop notes. Medium body, moderate carbonation, moderate bitterness. Messed up, not good as NEIPA, not good as beer at all.

Pale golden color with medium white head. Aroma: ginger, ginger and ginger, not much else. Taste: ginger, ginger and surprisingly few esters as well. Light bodied, moderate to high carbonation, low bitterness. Too much of ginger kills the balance.

Bottle at BBT 12/22. Ginger dominates in aroma and taste, light spicy notes, candized sugar, light to medium sweet, medium bitter, medium body, bitter sweet ginger finish. Too unballanced.
