Draught at Alfie Byrnes. Deep orange with a solid head. Aroma is marmalade hop. Flavour is sticky hop, fruity, soft dry bitterness. Very easy drinking for the abv.

Bottle. Dark chestnut with a cream head. Aroma of dark berries. Flavour is very soft, warm fruits, whiskey malts, dark chocolate grows on the palate, whiskey mellows out the hops.

Bottle. Clear chestnut with a firm head. Aroma of nutty malt. Flavour of fruit, plum and dates. Warming whiskey, malt, some spice. Dry finish. Works well.

From tap as Dublin Lager. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Toasted malty, light grassy. Bitter, grassy and light toasted malty. Dry and slight bitter, mild metallic finish.

At a tasting, thanks, small bubbly off white head, clear brown color with just a hint of reddish hues, aroma of dark toasted bread, some fudge and caramel sweets, flavor of dark bread with a hint of caramel and dark honey, light bodied and not too exciting.

Bottle sample at a tasting at troubles’s place. Thanks Tom L. Deep amber to brown color with a beige head. Aroma of malt, nuts, caramel, toffee. Sweet flavor with caramel, toffee, nuts, light roastiness, and a drier and slightly bitterish finish. Medium-bodied.

Draught at Shearys. Pale gold with good carbonation, thin head. Aroma is light grain. Flavour is good pils, nutty, grain, sweet, a little metallic bitter. Finish is citrus spicy.
