From tap at Stag’s Head, Dublin, 23.03.25, after seeing the Flying Dutchman at the opera. Clear golden. Faurly persistent white head and lacing. Aroma and taste of sweet Sevilla marmalade, pale malt and dried apricot. Balanced with soft bitterness. Good drinkability. The soft hop bitterness and Sevilla marmalade is lingering on.

Draught in the Viscount. Orange with a solid head. Aroma of red berry hop. Flavour is biscuit hop, raspberry, grainy bitter citrus, tangy finish.

On tap at Smuggler’s Inn. Pours a clear amber gold with a white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has grass and bread with a touch of citrus rind and pine backing. Flavor has grass, a touch of citrus and bread with a bit of grain in the finish.
