Ein Sauerbier, das mit Traubensaft 🍇 und Milchsäure 🥛 vergoren wurde...da machte es auch nichts, dass das MHD bereits abgelaufen war. Es hatte im schweren, sehr sauren Körper🦕 einen intensiven Traubenmost-Ton, der schon fast Richtung Sturm ging, ohne aber zu süß zu sein.

Tap at Cerverseria Santa Anna. A clear golden coloured pour with a lasting fine white head. Aroma is subdued, grassy hop, nutty, worty malts,. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, nutty malts, wory, stewed hop, grass,, spicy hop finish. Palate is semi sweet, watery, refreshing, highish carbonation.

Tap at Cerverseria Santa Anna. A mostly clear golden orange coloured pour with a a lasting white creamy head, aroma is semi sweet, biscuity malts, pine tips, grass, midget gems. Flavour is composed of semi sweet biscuit, mellow piney hop, grass, woody hop. Firm bitterness. Palate is semi sweet, rounded, moderate carbonation. Decent ipa.

Can shared at Alcuida hotel, mallorca picked up local Eroski. A clear pale yellow coloured pour with a small fluffy white head. Aroma is semi sweet, lemon, grass, peach, creamy wheat. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, pale grains, milky wheat, thin grains, grass,. Palate is thin, watery grains, grass, highish airy carbonation. Meh.

En tulipa aflautada, color ámbar ligeramente magenta, espuma blanco roto bien conservada y de abundante residuo. Aroma no excesivamente atractivo a frutos rojos. En boca cuerpo medio, bastante carbonatada , notas de zumo de arándanos, grosellas, frambuesa, etc. Para mi bastante prescindible.
