Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear amber with a small, rough, off-white head. Caramelly nose, slightly piney hops. Medium body, some sweet caramel and a rather bitter finish. The Spanish hops seem to produce plenty of IBUs but lacking on the aroma side. 080424

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear pink with a small and creamy, off-white head. Some strawberry aroma. Medium body, cloyingly sweet with artificial strawberry notes - doesn't really taste much like strawberries. No real bitterness. Thanks, but no thanks. 080423

Smakuje jak chleb w płynie z przypieczona skórką plus karmel. Barwa głębokiego złota, piana redukuje się do niskiej, ładny lacing. Goryczka bardzo niska, ziołowa, trochę palona. Ciężkie ale dość przyjemne. Jest ok.

Bottle 25 cl. Pours a clear red with a small, off-white head. Faint berry aroma. Medium body, faint sweet malt before a dryness sets in - apparently made with oranges and hibiscus. I pick up a little of the hibiscus, the oranges not so much. Quite decent and drinkable. And thankfully not cloyingly sweet. 040324

Train beer to celebrate the cup win. Clear golden pour with short-lived white head. Aromas of mainly malt/bread, some citrus. Taste is similar. Macro lager, nothing more, nothing less.

Big ole 660ml bottle from Tesco. It pours clear yellow - blonde with an average fluffy white head. The aroma is fairly unremarkable, toasty, damp spent grain, nutty, spicy and cereal. The taste is crispy, dry, sharp, snappy, some bitterness, toasty grain, grain husks, cereal, nuttiness, grassy hops and somewhat leafy with a dryish, metallic finish. Average body and moderate, prickly carbonation. A pretty run of the mill lagerbier. Not sure I would have guessed it was only 3.4% though. Drinkable when cold.

Can 33 cl. Pours a clear, nutty brown with a dense and lacing off-white head. Biscuity, toasted nose. Light body, nutty and biscuity with a hint of roastiness. The wort notes are very downplayed. Slight finishing bitterness. I almost enjoyed this! 170224
