Tap at the brewery. A mostly clear deep gold orange coloured pour with a steadfast off white foam. Aroma is nutty malts, soap, lemon rind, grass, medicinal hop. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, nutty, woody pine, urinal cake, woody hop, some medicinal phenolic notes. Chalky finish. Palate is semi sweet, sprutzy carbonation, slightly abrasive.

Tap at source. A clear bright gold yellow coloured pour with a tidy white cap. Aroma is very subdued, almost nothing, vague lemon note. Sweet white bread. Flavour is composed of very dull, white bread, lemon rind, grass, spicy hop. Palate is semi sweet, moderate carbonation. Really much to this beer. Boring.

Tap at the source. A very pale yellow coloured pour with a a tidy pure white foam. Aroma is light, corn, lime twist, straw, grass. Flavour is composed of light grains, hay, corn, green apple, bitter citrus bite in the finish. Pretty clean. Palate is crisp, light grains, bitter bite, highish carbonation. Not bad.

Probably the first beer that I assigned 9 tasting notes to 😃 Full of flavours - oysters, soy sauce, umami, savoury, bit of chocolate too! Rich and delicious! 👍🏼
