Description
Hopfully Brewing is an independent contract brewery with its head-office located in Dublin, Ireland. The brewery was founded by three friends with a shared love for beer, culinary and art. In 2017, we got together to accomplish an ambitious goal: building community and creativity through the world of craft-brewing, by combining modern beer brewing, and blending with visual arts. Passionate about working with vibrant, fresh talents, we work directly with up-and-coming local artists, commissioning different illustrators to design each one of our beer labels. Not only does Hopfully Brewing aim to promote the work of individual artists, but we are also committed to building an interdisciplinary network of creative people. Creativity is the essence of what we do as a company, by developing exciting and innovative beers with a unique flair and outstanding design.

The beers are brewed at Metalman and Lough Gill.

Keg at the john Hewitt. Pours hazy yellow, nose is clementine, floral, lemon, taste is sherbert lemon, toffee, light bitterness.

Keg at BD Waterloo, 20/10/22. Pink with a modest crimson cap. Nose is tarte berry fruits, vinous streak, berry pips, damp cloth. Taste comprises pink berry sherbets, damp straw, lemon rind, hedgerow, light funk. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light acidic tickle. Okay.

Tap at Brewdog Dublin. Clear pink with a short head. Aroma of raspberry. Flavour is soft fruit berries, tart sweet, dry finish.

Can at the Sunflower, recommended by someone sitting at the bar. Hazy golden yellow color, small white head. Aroma of lime and tropical fruit. Taste really does remind me of a margarita. Works pretty well.

--Keg at Dockers, Dublin. -- Cloudy golden, small head. Aroma of mango and grapefruit. Mid dry with medium body and clean mouthfeel. Mango and pine on a fruity body. Resinous bitter finish.

Can sample at a tasting at troubles' place. Thanks troubles. Cloudy red, pink foam. Berries, a bit candy-ish, a bit of pickled vegetables, a bit of vanilla, a bit sourish, slightly sweetish. Decent.
