603 Brewery was founded in 2012 by long time college friends. As home brewers, who met while studying engineering, they set out to design high quality, hand crafted beers. As demand for the beers increased, the vision to launch a microbrewery was developed. With a focus on quality and versatility, our hand crafted beer is brewed using the finest ingredients in small batches.

Can from Candia Road Slightly hazy dark yellow in color with a good sized bubbly white head with moderate retention. Bready crackery malt with hints of spice and green apple. Not bad.

Can from Candia Road Hazy lemony yellow in color with a thin white head that quickly dissipates. Lemon and lime and a bready maltiness. Tart mouthfeel. Not too bad.

On tap at River Road Tavern, this beer is brewed for them. Lightly hazy faint golden in color with a decent sized bubbly white head that persists. Solid bready light caramel malt with bits of citrus and pine.

No date code on can. The appearance of the brew is hazy golden color. Flavor has a caramel malt like base. Weak citrus, subtle florals, and weak herbal hints. I tried to be open-minded about this. I really was. It is muddled and bland.

Can date of: 30 Jan, 19. (Honduras Sandra bean). Aroma is mild earthy coffee and Caramel. Thin body for the style. Coffee is only moderately lasting after the sip. Left searching for a tad more.

16 oz. can. Aroma is the flavor. Flavor of mild floral, weak fruit, thin in the mouthfeel. Maybe the thinnest of the 5 or 6 Brut IPA’s that I have sampled at this point. The Smuttlabs Uncorked Brut I had a few hours ago was much better.

johnnnniee comes through on an IP impromptu trade. 16oz can. Tan-murky black ink. A-lots of banilla, bourbon, wood, T-bourbon, wood, vanilla/chocolate syrup-dk malt at front and midpalate. Mid to late the wood, earthy hops and bourbon with a bit of alcohol dominate.

Can from the brewery. White stout, another style I just don't get. Hazy light golden color with a small white head that persists. Spicy gingerbread on the nose with faint brown sugar. Spicy sugary cookie like flavor but no stout or egg nog attributes in my opinion. Not horrible but gimmicky at best.

Can from the brewery. Pours a lightly hazy dark lemon yellow with a thin white head that shows moderate retention. Smells of earthy grassy citrus and tropical fruits with a thin bready malt underneath. Somewhat dry finish faint malt and bitter pith citrus. This style just doesn't work for me.

Can from the Brewery. Pours a hazy red orange color with a small pearl white bubbled head that dissipates almost instantly. Fruity on the nose with a sugary edge to it and some faint lemon. Light cranberry lemony tart flavor with a mild sugary sweetness that sweeps into the finish to keep your mouth from puckering. Not too shabby for a fruited quick sour.
