Description
603 Brewery was founded in 2012 by long time college friends. As home brewers, who met while studying engineering, they set out to design high quality, hand crafted beers. As demand for the beers increased, the vision to launch a microbrewery was developed. With a focus on quality and versatility, our hand crafted beer is brewed using the finest ingredients in small batches.

Bottle purchased at Hampton Falls Village Market. Orange colored brew with thin lasting white head. Aroma is nutmeg, Cinnamon, and toffee.
The flavor is caramel, toasted grain, nutmeg and some cinnamon in the finish. The body is leaning on thin and watery. Flavor seems to be more spice rather then pumpkin. Could use a light hop character because I get none at all. The flavor is ok but some more body would really do this brew wonders. Still real serviceable.

Bottle from the Londonderry Quik Stop bottled 7/29/14 Pours a slightly hazy deep copper with a huge bubbly tan head that slowly recedes to a cap. Aromas of bread and caramel with a solid shot of earthy pine and citrus. So far so good. The flavor is filled with earthy hop flavor balanced nicely with some light caramel and brown bread. Light astringency and hop bitterness. Medium body with a moderate to high level of carbonation. Decent beer, kind of a Englishy feeling hoppy amber type thing. If this beer, as well as most of the stuff from 603, wasn’t overpriced, I might try it again.

Draft sample @ the brewery. Cloudy gold with lively carbonation. Aroma is grain and a large kick of citrus hops. Taste upfront is a huge amount of citrus hops, lemon and traces of herbal / earthy hops with some bite in the finish. Bitterness lingers for a long duration after the swallow. Highly hopped and a nice summer thirst quencher.

Draft sample @ the brewery. Darker amber color with a small, minimal head/ Aroma is caramel, honey, light citrus and mild toasted grain. Taste is caramel, roasted malts, mild citrus, pine and toffee in the finish. Mouthfeel is medium with moderate carbonation and a long, citrus hop finish. Nicely balanced and well crafted. Easy drinking for sure.

Draft sample @ the brewery. Cloudy gold colored body with a thick, dense and off-white head. The aroma is full of citrus hops, light grass and toasted bread malt. Taste is dominated by the hops but has a solid backbone of bread malt. Lots of citrus. Borderline an IPA. The carbonation was perfect giving an active lively tingle over the tongue. Finish has a nice lingering bitterness and refreshing crispness. Nice.

Draft sample @ the brewery. Amber color with brown hue. Light retention. Bold earthy malt and herbal hop aroma. Sweet malt balances the earthy floral hope bite. Mouthfeel has a very dry texture. Kind of average IPA, the nice thing about it is the Earthy malt and spice element. Best if you’re able to visit the brewery or a REAL fresh bottle.

Draft sample @ the brewery. Clear yellow color pour with soapy head. Aroma is a combination of spicy rye and pilsner / pale malt. Taste starts with pale malts and citrus with a good amount of earthy, dirty spice. Finishes with mildly lingering rye bitterness. Medium carbonation and a light body with a lingering earthiness. Only complaint is the body which is what the brewer was after so… decent.
