Bottle from the source. Dark brown with ruby highlights as I pour into glass. Sugary sweet honey on the nose and prominent in the taste. Smattering of blueberry flavor. Little to no alcohol, tasty.

On tap at the source. Hazy dark lemon yellow color. Sweet honey vanilla and tart sweet pineapple. Can't say I've ever had a dole whip but this is tasty!

Half pour at the source. Hazy pink amber color with a few bubbles on top. Nice tart/sweet strawberry atop a sweet honey with hints of lemon and tea to balance the sweetness. Nice brew.

Bottle from the source enjoyed at home. Brilliant dark brown with hints of garnet. Sweet caramel honey, toffee and maple syrup with a hint of cherry. Light warming alcohol. Nice sipper.

Bottle from the Meadery. Brilliantly clear deep gold in color. Earthy fruity spicy floral honey aroma and flavor. Medium to sweet with a light warming and a hint of wax. Nice.

Growler from the source. Deep gold bordering on amber, little to no carbonation but I did wait a week to open it. Milky sweet honey with a nice mix of bitter chocolate and fruity pepper in the nose. Sweet honey with loads of chocolate and milky vanilla flavor. Light almost black pepper flavor with a firm lingering heat in the back of my palette. Very nicely done and the heat builds with every sip.

Growler from the source. Lightly hazy deep straw with a smattering of bubbles on top. Sweet floral honey with a heavy dose of vanilla. Faint lime and even fainter bourbon. Nice easy drinking mead.
